"Excellent service from the moment we walked in through the time that we checked out. Property was beautiful and the lounge on the second floor was always well stocked with pastries and refreshments that were nice to have after coming back in from the city. Location was within walking distance of several major attractions, but also tucked away just enough to be on the quieter side. Would stay here again without hesitation."

"The staff were amazing, attentive, polite and just wonderful. The room was clean, comfy bed and pillows. Bathroom and shower was great. And refreshing, especially since NYC was having a heat wave. Reception provided bottles or water, complimentary. The bar was fun, and service and food delicious. We had breakfast each morning and it was amazing. You must try the multigrain bread. Fabulous! Overall 5/5 and we will gladly stay here again on our next NYC trip."

"This was our first time to NYC Great location, very clean, quiet room Front desk staff very friendly and helpful. On check out day they Held our luggage until we were ready to leave and arranged a nice ride back to the airport. Would definitely stay here again."
