"The property was close to the main square and within walking distance of the cathedral. It is a no thrills hotel. The hotel is a colonial house converted into a hotel. The rooms are spacious and clean. The hotel needs maintenance. Some of the furniture is old and needs to be replaced. It is a hotel to sleep and then visit puebla. The staff was very nice. The breakfast was simple and okay. There are less expensive and better places to wat."

"The hotel is located near the main sightseeing area, and the staff were very friendly. We received a medium sized bottle of wine as a courtesy. The only thing I did not like was that I made a reservation at the terrace restaurant because the mariachis were supposed to perform, and I invited two friends. Unfortunately, the mariachis never performed. Other than that, everything was great"
