"Pro: great location. Grand hotel. Great touch with wine in room. Feels true 5 star grand hotel. Con: very awkward glass bathroom. Very difficult to use when 2 people in room. Especially at night. Real bad design"

"The hotel reception staff were nice with a good check-in. The room was Ok but needed lots of small maintenance issues fixing eg soap tray falling off wall, shower head loose. The housekeeping service was very erratic and the room was not serviced to a uniform high standard each day. Breakfast buffet was disappointing for a hotel of this standard. Poor choice of cereals for adults and fruit selection was very restricted."

"Conveniently located close to all the bars and restaurants.
Nice room with a balcony, but my bed only had a fitted sheet. Someone forgot to place a duvet on it! Quick call to reception and it was sorted.
The bathroom was quite small with not enough space for too many toiletries. The problem was the shower enclosure, with water coming out onto the floor every time I took a shower.
The staff at reception were very attentive.
It’s got a hidden and very interesting cocktail bar in the basement!!!

"Location was very good. Front desk very attentive. Breakfast superb. Transfer to airport hood.
Downsides: no shampoo in bathroom although I left signs for housekeeping to refill, microwave didn't work until we complained. Shower clothes rack thermostat did not work. AC did not respond to commands. It did work but only at 25 degrees. Remote control has bad batteries though I left signs for battery replacement. No laundry service on weekends. I had to wash my dirty clothes. Just a general...

"Our room was on the third floor-54 steps up. For two 80 year olds this was a bit tough. The room was nice and had adequate electrical outlets;the bathroom was very small. The included breakfast was ok: the same as breakfast every hotel in Romania. It is well located in a quiet area about a 20 minute walk to the town center."

"Great location, near the metro and the airport bus stops. Walkable distance to the old town and other tourist attractions. Breakfast was varied and has many options. All the staff we encountered during our stay were very helpful. Daria from the Club Lounge was especially friendly and welcoming! Our room was on the upper floor so we had great views and the window seat was a lovely bonus to enjoy the views!"
