"We really loved our two night stay at the inn. The innkeepers were super welcoming and attentive. The original (quirky?) decor was both personal and a welcome relief from boring corporate chain hotels or stuffy “colonial” inns. Our bed was comfy and we had a room with a loveseat, so we could relax there while watching TV. Chef/co-owner Mark Arnao makes a mean breakfast, so don’t skip the chef’s special! We also enjoyed sitting in the rockers on the front porch and walking around the stream...

"The fitness center had a sign that says employees only, there was no continental breakfast as advertised, not even coffee in the lobby. There was hair in our bed and also in our Jacuzzi. Staff entered our room with the DO NOT DISTURB sign hanging. Sink was almost completely detached from the counter."

"Please bring your own towels. They will overcharge the towels fee even you have return towels to them. They still charged it and tell you don’t return it. How do you feel you don’t make some wrong and don’t buy something, there is 16dollar bill on yours. If I lost it, I definitely said yes, it was my fault and I will paid, but I didn’t. I am no happy that."

"The room was not clean the hot water was missing no toilet paper. Had to clean the jetted tub before use other people's pupic cares in the bathroom. No toilet paper. The towels had more holes than swiss cheese.The bedding was questionable to be clean the beding did not fit this motel could be nice if it was fixed, and they got new towels and betting"

"Me and my friends recently stayed at the Rex Hotel in Greenwood and had a wonderful experience. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and had a welcoming atmosphere from the moment we arrived. The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help with anything we needed during our stay. The rooms were well-maintained, quiet, and very relaxing, making it easy to unwind after a long day. "The resort is designed well but lack of maintenance because of short staffing. The check-in process was 1hr long. There was no room service. I even noticed significant mildew on the shower room wall."
