" The Manager was not ready for us despite knowing our arrival time. He came armed with anything & everthing to break down the door. Once open there were womens fluffy slippers, clothing and a dirty unmade bed. The Manager offered no apology or explanation. In fact he never spoke in the whole 22 minutes we were watching this all unfold. We paid for better the better room, he offered us the cheap room which was already occupied. 10/10 Excellent

"We had a great stay. We were met by a lovely receptionist with a great sense of humour and very friendly. The room was very clean, comfortable as was the bed. Bathroom was very clean and great details. Will certainly stay here again. We had a double aspect but certainly did not hear any traffic from the roads. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Only 1 point the pillows were a bit short but comfortable. Breakfast was really good as well. "

"We had a wonderful stay, bedroom was immaculate and comfortable, the spa was very relaxing, the sauna is big and they have a fully equipped gym. The cocktail bar serves delicious cocktails, would highly recommend sitting at the bar to watch the magic happen. Breakfast was delicious too."
