Nice rooms and modern . They try and screw you for every penny . My club sandwich cost double when they add service charges and tray service for an already expensive sandwich . Same as the roof bar . Why do they add a service charge when surely it’s already included in an already expensive drink . The hotel is named after
The Infiniti pool which is the main reason I booked this place . However it does not seem to be heated and only the bravest would have a dip in
there . Also the bar closes early every night . Breakfast was none existent 20 minutes before finishing on the first morning, but after I complained this was sorted with a full and topped up spread the next day.the nice items that you would like are an extra charge on the a la carte .
The spa is lovely and great to spend a few hours .
Top tip for a hotel that is named after their pool -heat the pool and have it open at night times until 10pm just as they did in a similar hotel in Spain
. - then it’s great to enjoy the views and pool at night .
