"Very helpful and excellent breakfast"

"Super easy from Exeter airport. A few minutes walk and easy to let myself in with the key code. Quiet, clean room. Would definitely stay again. Value for money."

"Lovely & very accommodating hosts & very good breakfasts. Room was spotless with king size bed, TV, sea views, plenty of storage space, compact ensuite, etc. The on site parking requires some care from drivers, especially if you have a large car. Town centre, pubs, railway station & beach all a short walk down the hill."

"Great location for the celebration we were attending. Lovely host really friendly. A fab stay"

"Lovely rooms, central for trains and city centre, but quiet."

"This is an excellent small boutique B&B. Full of charm and character. Very well maintained and clean. Owners kept themselves to themselves other than the welcome. Lovely breakfast. Very organised. Would definitely stay again so would recommend to others."

"Unique boutique BnB just wonderful."

"Fantastic guest house, room quality excellent, spotlessly clean, owners are lovely, and food is superb."

"Great stay, room was large and clean, bed and pillows extremely comfortable, breakfast was excellent, so much choice and very tasty. Also got a car parking space on site. Hosts were lovely. Nothing to complain about at all🤗"

"The main reason for my 2 star rating was the unacceptable noise at night. Sounded like a immersion heater or similar going beserk. It was like trying to sleep next to a jet engine. I was in room 2. I left very early as it was so bad, I just couldn't stand the noise. The hotel wasn't too bad, but ifyou can't sleep what's the point of staying? Not recommended. I'm glad it was only one night."

"Such an amazing place! Beautiful sea views! Best sunrise you will find in Devon!"

"A good location to explore Torquay, Babbacombe and the surrounding area. Very well maintained clean place, car parking in front of the building. Very convenient location to the centre/harbour ( less than 10 mins by car). Darren & Jo are very helpful and friendly hosts. Nice breakfast, pre order the night before and it's served right on time, delicious. We were very happy staying there!"

"Beautiful, quiet and relaxing place to stay. Hosts incredibly welcoming and hospitable. Would stay again."
