"We stayed for one night during our travels. The room was nice, bed was comfy. But we kept hearing a loud bang in our room every 15 minutes which prevented us from sleeping. "When I entered the room after checking in, I noticed what looked like a needle or pin sticking out of the carpet. The hotel bathroom had what appeared to be mold in the bathroom on the ceiling. I called the front desk to get moved to another room, but the front desk told me there weren't any other available rooms. The bed wasn't comfortable either."

"NO safe for your $ or jewelry if you leave the room. I was in room109 & the door to my room did not latch unless you pulled Very hard, so I had slept with an Unlocked door, realizing it the next day. Not secure."

"The “hotel” was actually a motel and was under renovation, so there was no free breakfast. The pool was green, and we were unable to use it. The ice machine ran out of ice, there were no blankets in the room, and the “bedspread,” which was basically just a sheet, stunk. The whole room felt damp and sticky, and the carpet was disgusting. The outside lights were so bright that they shined into the bedroom all night."

Water dripping from somewhere left a pool of water right outside entrance to building. This was tracked to the inside and floor was slick. Only good was pressure of the shower."

"I loved my room overall. When hotels don’t have carpet it’s a plus. Loved the staff and the restaurant/bar was totally fine. The breakfast buffet is pricey but since they cater to business travelers this makes sense. The bed gave me a sore back and the curtain was unhooked on one side so the sun got in. I also didn’t like that parking is private. Some details like that are what held back a 5, but I would stay there again."
