"I only given this review for stars because of the construction that’s occurring on the fifth and sixth floor of this hotel. There is to be expected construction mess, however, the construction crew seems to be doing a pretty good job of keeping things as clean as possible. As always, the breakfast is very good and the dining area kept eating and clean."

"I actually had to leave my trip before I was even checked in due to being in an unsafe environment with my partner that I was traveling with. The hotel staff was contacted by my brother in another state to come retrieve me from the hotel lobby bathroom where I was hiding. Nora, one of the employees, came and rescued me and put me into hiding away from the person who was threatening me. Other hotel staff kept an eye on this person and helped me get away. I was so scared and extremely tearful from how thankful I was for the staff's kindness and their willingness to help me. So although I cannot speak on anything else, I cannot recommend this hotel and their staff enough. I am safe and unharmed because of them. And because of that, I will forever sing their praises and rate them 100000000/10. "

"I accidentally selected the wrong day for my stay. I tried to change it, but Expedia was no help. I had to eat the cost of the stay due to an innocent error and I am pissed. Thanks for NO HELP."

"The breakfast was to our liking and the property was very clean. The pool is MUCH smaller in person than the website photo makes it out to be. Same with the room size but the room was spacious and clean. The dish network was glitching and theres no option to use your own device on the Tvs. It would have been much better for the kids if we could have used a Roku. But over all we enjoyed our stay and will go back."
