"Hotel is nice. Rooms need to be cleaned better. There was red makeup in one of the beds (sheets, pillow and comforter) which means sheets were not changed. Toilet seat was broken, shower was losing paint in the basin and sink was cracked."

"We arrived at midnight to check in after a long drive only to be told the room that was reserved for us wasn't cleaned after the last guests. Apparently it happened with 4 other rooms that day. The concierge quickly threw on some new sheets for us but even those didnt seem very clean after we found ..."

"Room is not cleaned properly and I see chips lyning near the bed when I checked in, no basic things like body lotion in wash room, main body wash bottle is empty though they provided a small bottle, I have to request for another one during my stay. Breakfast has very limited options"
