"Staff very nice and helpful. Location is good in central HCMC nearby to walking street. Excellent laundry services nearby! Room was very hot despite aircon and just OK with cleanliness. Beds were stiff. Multiple story walk-ups should be expected. Fine for one night or a budget traveler that doesn't mind the heat. Staff gave me a free upgrade, but room was very dusty on high surfaces."

"What an amazing place to stay! I've never been in a place where I was treated so kindly and so responsive. This place is the real deal and so convenient. I work up until 12-1am and there are so many restaurants are bars within a 5 minute walk. Loud noises? Non-existent. My room was so quiet, I was able to hold meetings just find. Also, thank you so much for bringing me medicine for my stomach pains. You did not have to do that and I wish you would have accepted my money. Again, thank you so much...

Correct room not available so had to change rooms mid stay, lots of incorrect information with check in, rooms not as good as pictured, no hot water in second room, after all of these problems the host wouldn't even allow me a 1 hour later check out. Very poor service, I won't be staying again."

"I arrived around 9:00 am and was on 2 hours of sleep. She told me let’s check everything in now so that when the room is ready you can go straight there. She managed to have my room ready by 11:30. When I came back they had already put my bags in my room. The room is very spacious and clean just as advertised in the photo. I also did a day tour through the hotel and had such an amazing experience. Amazing staff and great location."

"Owners were lovely and very accommodating, older guy seemed very cheerful and welcoming, quite a few local bars, good place for local markets and food, Binh mi around the corner, cheap beer locally too "

"We honestly had no complaint about the staff or the room size and comfort. The issue was the location was so close to the main party street and sound proofing was not enough to block out the noise. During the day it was ok, but by 10 pm to 3 am it was like you were sleeping inside of a night club. We had booked two weeks of stay but had to cancel after our first booking of 2 nights. We could not sleep with all the loud music."
