"This property was perfect for our shopping trip. The staff were extremely nice and helpful. The food was top notch. The room and other areas of the property were comfortable and clean. Will definitely stay at The Moore again!"

"The property is clean, spacious and in a great location. The check in process is not as smooth as it sounded. I tried to do everything before arrival, and I thought I could use all the codes the provided and go straight to my room. No. You still need to go to the lobby and purchase the parking code to access the garage which is very narrow and low. Keep this in mind if you are driving a large car. Other than that, it was a good stay. Cannot comment on the rest of the amenities as we only stayed...

"La propiedad buena , lo que no me gustó que se terminó el jabón de baño a los cinco días les comenté a los que limpian la habitación, me decían que si pasaron tres días resulta que en la administración controlas el jabón y sin autorización de ellos las personas que limpian el cuarto no tienen los insumos para rellenar el jabón en este caso , tuve que comprar jabón en la tienda. Il personale pessimo . Mi hanno anche smarrito 4 indumenti mandati tramite lavanderia già pagata. "What a fantastic location to be close to the Wynwood walls (a hotel that is the backdrop) and an eclectic community. Restaurants were fantastic, quite pricey, but not surprising."

However, the air conditioning did not stay cool throughout the day, and at night I could not sleep well because the room became too warm. Without cool air, my anxiety started to come back. "This is NoT a HoTEL. It is a motel. Something similar to a Super8. The name says HOTEL and that is it. The rooms are old, the bathroom is extremely small, there was peeling paint on the bathroom door. The shower head leaked. This place needs to be torn down and rebuilt. I do not usually write such a scathing review but in this case it is necessary."
