"Amazing experience at the Moore , Miami design district. Great, friendly, helpful staff. Dreamy beds. The attention to detail with the chocolates at bedside everyday was such a great treat. The hotel is within walking distance from many high end and contemporary stores as well as restaurants and museums. "From the moment you pulled up and the valet attendant greeted you , I knew this was going to be a great hotel. The lobby is an art museum and the rooms were to notch. A small kitchenette, sitting room, the cozy bedroom to the spa like bathroom was just was I needed. "Nice location. Close to port if taking a cruise. Room was clean however bathroom door wouldn't close properly and toilet was difficult to flush. A bit outdated but okay stay for a night or two. Arrived at check in time from airport and room wasn't ready. Had to wait an hour to get access to our room which was a huge inconvenience given we had nowhere to go with our luggage while we waited. "So noisy. You can here those in rooms above you and next to you as well as traffic. It is a motel and not a hotel. The bar area in back is falling apart and closed down. The bed is hard. The toilet paper holder was broke. There is no where for towels in the bathroom. Worst place I have ever stayed. Only plus was that they provided a list of nearby restaurants."

"Okay for a last minute hotel. Most staff was nice. The outlets are too loose and do not work. We parked our car with valet and 2 hours later at 1:30 in the morning someone while we were sleeping woke us up by a knock on our door to pay for our valet which could’ve waited since they do have our keys and it’s not like we could’ve retrieved our car.
