"We stayed here for one night before heading through the Channel Tunnel to France, and for that purpose the location really can’t be faulted – it’s a solid 10/10 and incredibly convenient. That said, there were a few issues worth noting. In our room, the shower holder was broken, meaning you had to hold the shower head the entire time, which wasn’t ideal. "The towels in the room were stained and there were makeup marks on the soap dispenser. Also marks on the chair and floor. I don’t think that room was cleaned well."

"Hotel is not fit to house a dog. Blood and semen on the bed, bed made out of wood, exposed electrics, shower door that doesn’t close. Half the building had pigeons flying around inside which we seen as we pulled up. All was reported to reception and asked for a refund, which was refused. We left and booked another hotel! After 2 hours of phone calls to hotels.com they agreed to refund for our booking. "

"Room very clean but bed uncomfortable. Carpark very small and tight plus other users park over 2 bays making it hard to park."
