"Arriving at the hotel on its own was a whole experience. The staff welcomes you and takes your luggage up to the reception area which is actually on the 38th floor I believe! This amazed me! You get perfect view of the Twin Towers with a full 360 glass view of the city if im not exaggerating. The check in process was quick which I loved as I was a bit tired on arrival. I chose a garden view and that was also amazing. The room was well maintained, clean and the bed well tucked which is a deal...

"I have stayed at several of the Shangri-La locations throughout Asia. I have always truly enjoyed my stays. It always feels like home, and I can truly relax. You can always"

"Great facilities, clean rooms with interesting layout, friendly and helpful staff! I really appreciated that the staff helped with luggage (even up to the station when I needed to take the express for my flight). I also enjoyed the hotel’s closeness to the subway line for easier access to the city. The pool was a little small but I didn’t end up using it due to the smoke. The room was nice but I think what tips the scale is the friendly service. I would definitely stay here again :)"

"Secara keseluruhan hotel cukup nyaman hanya saja petugas kebersihan sama sekali tdk ramah bahkan cenderung kasar pd saat saya minta ganti seprei dan sarung guling utk xtra bed...yg sebelumnya saya liat bed tsb hanyaa dipindahkan dari room lain ke kmr saya Poolnya cukup kecil utk sekelas hotel bintang 4..aminities toilet juga "hanya sekedarnya" disediakan...hari pertama menginap malah tdk ada sabun, shampo dan shower gel"

"The studio room was awesome with great views. The location was amazing. The staff, not to much atrentive and the breakfast wasnt good. But beside that, everything amazing, the amenities great, the root rop, incredible."

"I recently stayed for two nights at the Hilton Kuala Lumpur, a hotel I remembered fondly from my 12 years living in the city. Back then, it stood out for its fresh breakfast offerings and attentive service. Unfortunately, my short stay in November 2025 was a series of frustrations that left me vowing never to return. In a city bursting with hotels striving to deliver decent service, this one seems to have prioritized cost-cutting over guest comfort, treating people like mere numbers in a...
