"This accommodation didn’t appear to be very posh and the room looked a bit dull BUT the beds were very comfortable, there was perfect silence during the night and the internet WiFi worked( despite a glitch at first possibly due to my own input or lots of others using it. To be honest this is a lot better than in the usual well known chain hotels that cost at least twice the price. Yup ! We were very happy with everything and a big THANK YOU to those responsible for this place."

"Me and my boyfriend stayed for 3 nights, first thing we noticed was the lighthorseman is a very good distance from town- out of the way and quiet but a very short walk (10~ minutes) either by road or alongside the canal, the latter of which made for a lovely start to each morning we were there.
