"We've been staying at Hotel Burbank twice a year for at least 3 or 4 years. It has everything going for it EXCEPT they will not give you daily room cleaning service. All I really want is fresh towels and wastebaskets emptied. I don't think this is asking too much. Hotels did this before Covid, but now they are iffy because it saves them money by hiring fewer staff. Hotel Burbank tells you that all you need to do is request service the day before you want. So on check in, I ask and they assure me they are noting it down and it doesn't happen! I end up calling the front desk or stopping people servicing the empty rooms to get fresh towels. On the other hand, I'm saving money on the tip I put out that never gets picked up because no one comes. The location is great -- you can walk to nice restaurants and shops. The hotel itself offers some decent food choices. I'd give it higher marks if they would simply fulfill their promise of serving the room."

"This is an inexpensive motel by L.A. standards and the room was clean. However, the bathtub drain did not work well, so water began filling the tub at the beginning of my shower, so I didn't finish. The front desk offered to send a maintenance man, but I declined as it was 11 p.m. Also, the walkway to the elevator is outside and dark, so it's not secure, and the inside of the elevator was dirty."

"The hotel is going thought some renovations, but our room was just poorly kept. The bathtub was gross enough that I couldn’t bathe my kids in it. When I asked if they could send house keeping, no one was on site, they looked at switching rooms but no other room with two beds was available. I asked if they had cleaning supplies, and I would clean it, but they didn’t have any. We asked for additional towels to use to wipe out the tub and they were stained. There is a difference between things being mid-renovation and just gross. This place is gross. "

"There is plenty of parking and surrounding area is great! Many shops and restaurants to choose from. However, hospitality is almost non existent at this establishment, staff is rude and it doesn’t appear that they like to be bothered to fulfill their job title and duties. Unfortunately, we needed a 1 night stay and thought why not? Totally regret our choice, don’t skimp out on a good nights rest for a few dollars."

"No drawers in the rooms, no safe, clean but not comfortable bed. More like a quick 2 day stay type of hotel. "
