"The stay was fine but I think the rooms could be cleaner. The floors should be well mopped and the toilet scrubbed. They should also keep the parking lot washed down, there were areas of someone's vomit and food drppings. The pool area needs at least one umbrella. Other than that it's located close to restaurants and shopping."

"It was terrible nothing like the pictures super thin walls that u could hear the other people rooms conversation then sleep in the 2nd floor u could hear all the noise from the 3rd floor walking jumping couldn't sleep. Then forgot my wallet with my ID and bank card and money when checking out call right away when I found out they said they didn't found anything but then several minutes later they try to use it on the vending machine super rude clerk didn't help at all 100% not recommended"

"Pictures look different than what you actually get. First I will say the number one reason we booked this place was price then location. We went to Universal Studios and it was very close so that was worth it just for that. The room was tiny for 2 adults and 2 children even with 2 beds. The room was sooo hot the whole stay. The bathroom was left open and the AC was not on so it made the room hot and even with the AC on the whole time the room stayed warm the whole time. Also I wish they wouldn’t...

"I rated it poor because there were ants in the room, a dirty sock in the nightstand, no TV remote and there was some sort of leak in the bathroom floor"

"We loved our stay here. The room had everything we needed and a highlight were the fresh pastries in the morning. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Parking was never an issue and the area was fairly quiet. Several restaurants and cafés in walking distance."

"This hotel was fabulous from the staff, beautiful rooms, movie night at the pool and meals at The Front Porch restaurant. My daughter and I had a great time spending the 4th July weekend at this hotel. We were able to see the universal studios 4th of July fireworks from are room. I would definitely stay back here next year."

"The only complaint I had is the noise from upstairs at night and in the morning. Some airplanes noise but less a problem."
