"An old-style Tuscan country estate with a peaceful atmosphere, attentive service, excellent breakfast.The surroundings are serene and picturesque， perfect for a quiet escape from the city. However, the room next door had poor sound insulation on the night I stayed, which slightly affected my sleep quality. "The building doesn’t look like it has had any money spent on it since the 1980’s.Very shabby hotel, shame on the owners, it could be fab. Had holes in sheets and towels. No duvet it’s a 1950’s style blanket between sheets. Not hygienic these days. Dirt and dust everywhere. Cushions with stains on. One pillow each. Dining chairs in the breakfast room all broken. "The property itself is very dated and could use some renovations. It looks like an old hospital or dorm room from the 1970’s with variegated floor colors. Paint on walls could use a fresh coat of paint. Showers are leaking onto floor and some lights not working. The cost of the room charge is too high for the condition of the property. The cleanliness of rooms was excellent and the staff were very helpful and friendly. "

"Nice comfortable clean smallish room. The breakfast was fine, affordable (12 euros) and convenient but the dining room when I get there was filled with dirty dishes, they were slow to bus tables. In their defense, I came to the breakfast room at 8 right after the morning rush. "My only complaint was there were no power sockets at both bedside cabinets which is very unusual as needed for charging phones, cameras etc, had to unplug tv on sideboard opposite bed to use socket and also buy a travel adapter as there was no usb port, there was one thankfully in bathroom for styling tong, bedroom was very dated."
