"Brandon and everyone else working in tandem at this majestic property were phenomenal. I was traveling with a friend on this trip however, I will return with my spouse later this year and get a canal suite.The views from the lounge area are are amazing. It is so refreshing and relaxing! The Scale doesn’t go high enough to rate this hotel. C'est presque divin !"

"From the moment we entered, the service was amazing. The staff bent over backwards to assist. Gave us a map, booked us a taxi , etc. the rooms were modern and emaculate. Beds were extremely comfortable. The hotel was in the center of the historic district and easy to get to all the sites we wanted to experience"

The beds were very comfortable, the small two-person elevator added to the character, and everything was well appointed. "Das Hotel liegt super zentral. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Es ist ruhig im Hotel. Das Frühstück ist einfach gehalten, aber ausreichend. Der Spa Bereich ist klein aber ok. Das Wasser im Pool sehr frisch. Die beschriebenen 28,5 Grad, erreicht es bei weitem nicht. Nachts hat es ständig geknarrst, nach andauernder Recherche, war es die Badtüre, die im Wechsel von Abluft und Klimaanlage bewegt worden ist."

"An exceptional room, stunningly beautiful, well furnished and very comfortable. The host met us on arrival and explained everything. We didn’t want leave . It’s a nice walk to the Centre or there is a bus if preferred. We would have loved to use the bar and restaurant but unfortunately as a mid week stay these were not open"

"This was the 3rd stay here in 2 years. Very good hotel central for all visitors sights and shopping. Breakfast was great again and the hotel is excellent value for money. On site parking is always good so you don’t need to use the car at any point. Staff were always helpful and very pleasant, nothing was too much bother for them. We will continue to use this hotel for our stays in Bruges in future."

"Property is in great location 10-15 walk from main areas on a canal. It's a great walk into town to see some neighborhoods you otherwise wouldn't. The breakfast was great, staff very helpful and attentive. Room was by far the largest we had on entire Belgian/Netherlands trip. Highly recommend this property."

"I LOVED this hotel. Very chic and beautiful. My room was a single room so it was small but just what I needed. The bed was comfortable and the shower was amazing. They gave me a box of chocolates at check-in and cookies at checkout, which were nice surprises. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful when I had questions. My only small issue with the room is that my window looked out directly onto other windows so I felt I always had to keep the curtains closed. Breakfast was decent but I...
