Mariya and the staff were wonderful. This is a small hotel that is not in the centre of the city. I would certainly stay there again. The value for money is excellent!

A great family run hotel in Burgas
First time in Borgas which was not planned after flight cancellations from Dublin to Poland. Only way could get back at such short notice. I am a Hotels.com Gold member and was entitled to VIP access. To be honest it was the best VIP access I have ever experienced thanks to This Family run hotel A special mention to Maria as previously revewiers mentioned.She above the call of duty in particular my traumatic Trains Planes & Automobiles travel experience. Definitely truely amazing saving Grace. A big thanks to Maria and all her staff Garrett

Great area off beaten track shopping good with local Lidl store close buy car was parking good Staff friendly and helpful manager speaks good english very helpful a. The four bed room was clean and well run a great place to stay quite reasonable rates would recommend Terence Patrick Flanagan.

I cannot praise the staff & the owners enough. It is a family run hotel & it shows; Maria was pleasant; fun & went above & beyond what was necessary to assist us during our stay; her son Bobbie was a delight. Peyko brought us local fish at dinner to try; it was lovely & something i probably wouldn't have tried otherwise. The staff were polite & very helpful. Tea; coffee & water are available all day free of charge; breakfast self serve with a adequate choice. Dinner is cooked fresh to order. The rooms are clean & spacious & there is a kettle & coffee machine in the room. The view from the rooms isnt great but the location is approximately a mile & half from the sea garden & beach but the lake walks are close by. There is a shopping centre & supermarkets very close by.

Dear Natalie I still don't understand what was the problem the leave us such a review. You looked so hapyy, received a free drink, all clean and ventilated. For the price you expect 5 star hotel maybe? We are 2 star hotel!! You could've shared what made you unhappy next morning instead of leaving a bad review here. Not fair.Good luck in Veliko Tarnovo.

Don’t overlook this diamond of a hotel because you don’t see the incredible value of the very charming staff and their caring service. This hotel’s value is in that service. I loved my room and the lovely breakfast and dinner, loved its situation in town near to Kaufland, Lidl snd Plaza Mall. But the relationship with the hotel’s manager Mariya, ever so helpful and kind, is the aspect that will keep bringing clients to Burgas.

Normal 3* accomodation. Next to the Burgus Mall Area. Very nice owner, friendly, giving good tips about neigtborhood. Healthy breakfast. Very close to shops: kaufland, lidl. 12 min walk to the Park with many good restaurants. Free bikes 🙂

L’hotel può avere delle potenzialità ma la scarsa gestione ne evidenzia la pecca ! La colazione i primi giorni era basica ... poi piano piano si sono ripresi facendo trovare cose buone . Fosse stata così dal primo giorno. L’acqua e il caffè e the che dovrebbero essere sempre presenti in camera come pubblicizzato non è stato mai così. Sali in camera vedi che on ci sono scendi ... 2 piani ogni volta senza ascensore dopo una giornata fuori non fa piacere . La stanza non è stata pulita ne cambiato gli asciugamani poiché quel giorno la donna delle pulizie non lavorava . Spiegazione data alla reception. Ma io nei giorni in cui sono stato ho pagato il servizio ... tante perplessità ... peccato potrebbe essere da 10 ma la poca costanza e attenzione lo fa scendere a 5

We will not say thank you for the review this time. Because first look at the price. Our guests receive more than advertised for this price. The room was cleaned every day. Bottles of water were given every day. The breakfast was packed separately because of COVID-19 measurements and you can't receive a lot of food in a package. FREE secured parking available. The best espresso FREE. If you expect more, pay expensive price and you will probably receive more than you expect.

Great friendly staff
We did have an issue at first because a previous guest had smoked in the room so it smelled. The staff helped by finding a room which did not smell of smoke. Apart from that the staff were all excellent and very helpfulp. I believe we would be happy to stay there again

Wszystko na najwyższym poziomie. Sprzątanie codziennie. Śniadanie na wypasie, pyszne obiady. Bardzo wygodne łóżka. Sympatyczni właściciele, którzy załatwiają wszystko z uśmiechem na twarzy. Kaufland obok hotelu. Do lotniska ok 7km. Polecam i pozdrawiam całą obsługę i ślicznego pieska :)

Excellent stay
Very friendly reception. They provide bicycle for free. The room was large and clean. It is conveniently located next to a shopping mall with coffees.

Un accueil trés sympathique, chaleureux et un personnel qui a été au petit soin durant notre séjour. La chambre est belle, le lit confortable, il y a une petit réfrigérateur et une bouilloire ce qui est sympa pour se sentir un peu chez soi en se faisant une petite infusion avant d'aller dormir. La chambre est climatisée et gratuite. L'hôtel est situé à 10min en voiture de l'aéroport de Bourgas et à 3 min à pied d'un Lidl et d'un Kaufland. Concernant les points négatifs : dans notre chambre la clim n'était pas hyper froide, la douche fuit ce qui fait une mare d'eau à chaque passage et les chambres ne sont pas bien insonorisée. Ne pas se fier à sa devanture car les chambres sont bien décorées. Cet hôtel a du potentiel, il faudrait voir pour l'insonorisation des chambres et la fuite de la douche et ce serait parfait. Par contre ne changez pas votre personnel, les personnes que nous avons vus chaque jour de notre séjour sont très sympa, adorables et souriantes !

Hello, Thank you forsharingyour opinion. It ias very importnat to us. However we can't agree with the bad manners. Our staff is making an extra effort to please the customers. The breakfast is better than it is expected for 3 Star hotel. For example we serve 3 varieties of salami and etc. We are only 10 minutes away from the beach. The cost per night in Hotels right next to the sea garden and the beach, is at least 200 lv. Have a great day!

The reception was friendly, the room was very big and nice and new and clean. But the shower was not very good. It didn’t drain and the toilet and hand basin were in the shower so everything was always wet. Yuk!

We found the hotel to be the perfect base for a weekend away. Checkin was very pleasant, the staff made us feel really welcome. It is great value for money and the rooms are super clean. We'll be back!

Wonderful experience
It was a great experience. Host Maria and reception staff was extremely helpful helpful and welcoming. I had dinner from hotel restaurant during my stay and it was really good . For the money you pay it is well worth it. I would recommend my friends definitely and will be staying again soon .

Nice hotel, easy to reach by bus
The staff was friendly and we felt us welcome. The room was clean and spacious. Very good coffee was available in the lobby. The hotel was easy to reach by bus from the airport. Very good value for money.

Good hotel at a fair price.
The place looked nice and clean. Breakfast was very good. But there were problems with power outages at night. So we went to shower and sleep with the light of my cellphone. In my opinion, the hotel must bring a generator to back up the electricity and / or raise the power ampere.

Good value for the money
This hotel was good value for the money. If you are looking for an economical hotel in this area, worth of giving a shot.

A very nice hotel with charm, and wonderful staff
I had to stay overnight to rest from a long drive and this small family hotel seemed as a good choice. Although surroundings is not what you would expect from coastal area ( hotel is actually behind Kaufland and in area of used car market, I assume this is what would be their primary focus groupt) - the stay was very nice, comfortable and relaxing. If you have your own transportation it is well worth considering as a summer place to be, and even if you don't have, the public transportation is close. Breakfast was, for the price and hotel star ratings, plentiful and very tasty. Hotel is clean and new, rooms are spacious, and functional, and staff is wonderful, genuinely happy to see you and make all the effort and extra mile to make your stay comfortable. All in all, I can recommend this place fully. I will gladly return.
