"This is a facility geared towards leadership work shops and conferences. It is a big campus,well cared for but not a typical hotel stay. I suspect I was one of only a handful of overnight guests for this date. Even though it felt a bit remote I felt quite safe. The room was perfect, the bed comfortable, the bathroom modern. I will definitely stay here again."

"Starbucks coffee shop is gone. Brown bag is OK. The hyatt is now offering coffee in their lobby, but not for free. I wish they had a full breakfast restaurant in the Hyatt. We love staying there because it is so convenient to the metro."

"Clean hotel in a good location for what I needed. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The valets were fast. One of the two elevators was not working, but they provided signed access to the two staff elevators to make up for it."

"Ashley at the front desk was very rude. They don’t have any parking on site except valet which isn’t a problem, just an inconvenience when the valet workers don’t be at the stand.. The amenities are bad."

"To be honest I was skeptical about this hotel. We arrived very late for check in and the gentleman in the front desk was very pleasant and helpful. The front desk/lobby area appeared very modern and clean. The elevators were clean (no weird smells or stains) the hallway to our room was very nice. The carpet appeared to be new. We were really impressed with the room. Very spacious, clean and nice decor. The bathroom was very clean. We would definitely come back. We did not have time to visit...
