"Hi, a really great hotel. I had called earlier to mention a late arrival. Although they initially charged, they quickly sorted out a refund when I arrived. The hotel room and bathroom were pristine. I had an issue with a padlock on my suitcase - it took a while for maintenance to attend but when they arrived it was sorted quickly. Great location - 6 mins walk to the metro station. I did not sample the breakfast/food but would highly recommend."

"We stayed in a K suite which was roomy and very comfortable. It had a main room with a small but well equipped full kitchen, table with four chairs and a large couch. A separate bedroom had a comfy king bed. There were two large tvs in the suite with many stations on each. Included full breakfast was really good with plenty of hot and cold choices in an attractive, glassed in area. "This hotel is wonderful. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful about kind. Dion was AMAZING!! Room is very clean. Only downfall, parking is valet only. Room service was nice as well..I felt very comfortable. I will definitely return."

"The A/C did not work in our room, after almost 2 hours, they moved us to a new room, which was ice cold, better flooring, better tv, and within the time it took us to unpack(again) after having unpacked and packed back up to move, they told us that the room we were in was already taken. So we had to pack up and move AGAIN! And the desk manager just walked up and SNATCHED the room key out of my wife’s hand when she was down there returning the keys from our first room. "The restaurant staff were very rude and lacked professionalism. Before we had even finished our meal, they came to our table and asked to take our plates away, which made us feel rushed. It seemed that they were more focused on completing their own tasks than on providing good customer service. "The place is right off the interstate, but the entrance is a little hard to spot the first time. Once you know where it is, there's no issue, but it's tricky the first time. It's clean and well maintained. Our room didn't have carpet, which we didn't mind, but it's something to be aware of. The hotel is about half a mile from the Metro station, so it's an easy walk to get in the system and be off to anywhere in DC."
