"Stephen and Lynne were most helpful when we found our car had a flat, filling the tire and directing us to a nearby repair shop. Breakfast was excellent and featured a nice selection. Service from the staff was excellent. Everyone very friendly and helpful. Beautiful surroundings as well and easy walking distance to restaurants, coffee, bakery and ice cream treats! "

"Le contact avant l'entrée des lieux n'a pas été bien clair. Toutefois, une fois sur place, le séjour s'est très bien passé, tout à fait dans mes attentes : endroit très propre, le nécessaire est dans la chambre. Lit confortable pour ma part. Le lieu reste le moins cher sur Burnley. J'y retournerais si je serais amené à le faire."

"Stayed here with a friend in preparation for Yorkshire 3 peaks challenge. Check in very easy. Warm welcome. Very hospitable staff. We had to leave the hotel early next morning before kitchen opened but staff left us breakfast (cereals, yogurt etc) out for us which was really appreciated. Also made us sandwiches to take with us. Pub/bar and food was really good. Cosy. "

"We loved our stay! The owners were fantastic. We stayed in the Parsonage View double room and it was super cute, comfortable and a decent amount of space. The breakfast was fantastic and everything in town was very close to walk to. Would absolutely stay here again and recommend to others "
