The Blue Bell Inn

The Blue Bell Inn

10/10 Excellent
"Adorable little Inn and pub. Great room although it was a little tight for a triple. Comfortable beds. Quiet. My only complaint is that there is no electrical plug near a mirror for blow drying your hair. That and the rain showerhead. But that’s just a personal preference for me. The shower was large and the water pressure was decent. The staff was amazing. I would’ve loved to go down for a pint before bed, but was too tired. Seemed like a friendly little place. The full breakfast was one of the best we’ve had on our trip. Delicious!"

The Black Bull Inn

10/10 Excellent
"We have just stayed here for 4 nights and would highly recommend. The room was very clean and had everything we needed .Even though we were on the ground floor at the back we did not experience any noise from the bar or restaurant. In fact the only noise we heard was the cars on the gravel in the car park. The food was excellent there was so much choice for breakfast. The evening menu was amazing all locally sourced food. We tried several dishes and all of them were so tasty and the portions were just right. This place is a little gem in a lovely quiet village. If you are visiting this part of the country stay here you won’t be disappointed!"
