Cari Hostel di Burns

"It was not the standard Holiday Inn express I've become accustom too. A little shabby, but the staff were helful to a point. I was never able to connect to the internet, The room, even though the beds were fresh, the room felt not a clean as I have enjoyed in the pass, with HIE."

"Dirty room, mold and bad bathroom"

"Very clean comfortable room with a great price!"

"everything was clean and quiet. I would’ve chosen five stars for everything, but it wouldn’t let me."

"Great place to stay"

"Great price and nice hotel. Was an easy 30 min drive to downtown Nashville."

"The room was clean and met expectations except the TV was impossible to operate and made trying to watch anything less than relaxing. The staff didn’t offer us our complimentary “beverage” and we had to go back and ask- to which she replied, “oh yea- grab you a bottle of water over there.” Most upsetting was that they charged $100 “security deposit” and said if everything was okay it would probably take 3-5 business days to be credited back to our account!!! We would have walked out right then...

"The rooms were clean and modern, the king bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was convenient with a good variety each day, but the real superstar at this location is the staff. All of them. Kudos to the manager who is hiring and training them! They were friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond for us."

"Microwave in room didn't work. Microwave in lobby barely worked. Bathroom in our room was dirty. Breakfast was lacking."

"Property check into a room that was used and not cleaned. There was no breakfast as was indicated. Not recommend for anyone"

"The rooms are basic and a bit worn."

"Staff were rude ,plus paid for pool that was closed . Breakfast was a tiny cup of coffee and old muffin . Very disappointing !!!!"
