"Terrell House was one of the nicest lodging experiences I’ve ever had. The house is very welcoming from the moment you walk through the front door. "The hotel was great. Staff was awesome and helpful. Would stay again without a doubt. For a small city they have a large metal health/homeless problem. Also although Columbus day is a Federal and state holiday I received a parking ticket because Ashville the city does not acknowledge the day as a holiday.🙄WOKE"

"We absolutely loved our stay. What a wonderful staff from the super sweet valet, desk people, and the bartender (with long hair) were absolutely wonderful. My only complaint is the bartender that is tall with short hair, he was incredibly rude to people and needs additional training. I am in marketing and thought he really was a liability to what otherwise was such kind people. "
