"Very nice stay with everything you would need. Breakfast was fresh assortment of fruit, muffins, toast, oatmeal and coffee. Very accommodating and treated us like family. We were traveling from the USA and Fiona and Trevor were very helpful with recommendations and let us use an adapter to charge our devices."

"The room was very average and didnt align with pictures on the site. The room was very dated and unclean. The bed was terribly firm and you could feel the springs. The pillows were lumpy. The airconditioner was loud and the direction vents didnt work properly. There was a lack any comfortable chairs to sit on, only hard plastic dining chairs. The only positive was its close location to the hospital. "

"We spent 5 wonderful nights at this apartment. It was clean, comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Linens were clean. Kitchen was stocked with appropriate dishes and cleaning supplies. The washer and dryer worked, so it was convenient to keep clean clothes and travel light. There were a few restaurants around to corner and an Aldi. We ate at the restaurants several times. Aldi was small, but we got what we needed. It was a 7-minute walk to the train station. We had just come off a 13 day cruise so having laundry facilities was perfect Merlo coffee around the corner on Thompson Street was amazing the train station a five minute block away so we could get to CBD was great and also taking the train to the Gold Coast was so convenient from that location"

"Place was run down, room was ok but the shared bathroom/toilet was atrocious! The bloke at reception had an awful attitude from hello, he was the rudest host I have ever dealt with and the female at reception was no better. I suggest finding a different career than hospitality ... WILL NEVER RETURN!!!!"
