"As soon as we pulled up, the service was excellent. Staff were at our car to greet us, and helped us unload and get to our room. The check-in was seamless, and the room was lovely! The hotel is very conveniently located in downtown Vancouver, and despite its location, is very quiet! It was nice to come back to the room to find our bed turned down and a couple of cookies waiting for us! "
