All good except the bathroom smell (really bad)

Location was amazing and the room was clean. I only have one complaint, which is the chronic sewage smell in the bathroom. Iโ€™m not sure whether is was just our bathroom but the smell was absolutely horrible.

A room with a view

Great room nice big size with a great view of the beach and bridge. Room was very clean as the maid service came to our room daily to fix the bed and give us clean towels even though we did not request it.

Deception, this hotel needs some love

The only great thing about the hotel is the view and the location. As a foreigner tourist, I don't recommend going there, the staff service was cold and rude. They don't speak any English. They charge 20 000 Korean won to use the gym per person as it was never said anywhere in the booking site. The lady was pressuring us to pay now. The hotel is not a 4 star hotel in any way. The reception hall feels like a cold shopping mall. The only nice thing about the room is the view, the bed was not comfortable and the room is pretty in bad shape. This hotel needs some renovations the elevator was rusty. I recommend paying a little more and going elsewhere!

Property outside looked old but the rooms are clean and somewhat modern looking. I would prefer for them to hv a shower curtain as I donโ€™t like the bathroom to be wet after each showers. After walking around Busan, I personally like the vibe in Haeunda better. Very chill and colourful.

The beach view is great. We looooved the location and the view. However, the bed was rock hard! We stayed here for 3 nights and my body was not having a good time. It felt like a box spring instead of a mattress. Also, indoor and outdoor pool is listed but when i inquired about it... I was told indoor pool is only open weekdays after 4pm and the outdoor pool is 32$ per admission per person :/ no thanks. Our overall experience was ok but would not return.

Amazing place, language difficulties.

This hotel was super nice and I would definitely come back here. Points to mention: - Sauna/Jjimjilbang: You get 30% off the prices while staying here, but you do have to pay to enter. So, just a heads up if you expected it to be included. - Hotel staff: The day we checked in was fine and there was a good English speaker, but the rest of the stay was iffy. Most of them had very limited english skills as well as the staff that manned to spa side of the desk. So, expect to be treated bluntly ๐Ÿ˜…. Have Google translate ready and I wish you the best. Overall, super nice hotel and I would definitely stay here again with the convenience and big spa right there even though we needed to pay each use. Worth it in the end with affordable room rates.

The bed was painful to lay on. The room was dirty, the walls were dirty, the cushions had stains everywhere. It is very loud, you can hear each person in the hall and room on either side. The hallway smelled like rotten trash. The windows with the ocean view were covered in a dirty film from not being cleaned on the outside that made viewing difficult. We checked out and did not complete our stay. This room was not as represented in pictures or as described. It was false advertising. This was the most disappointing stay and I am not trusting of hotels.com representation.

The location is great for the drone show on saturday. The view of the beach is amazing. That is where the good ends. The beds was a box spring!! When we asked to change rooms to a real bed since we both have back issues they said all the beds were the same. We were looking in the open rooms and saw they were not the same. Then they said come back at noon (and waste our entire morning). So we came back at noon and they were still trying to give us a room with a box spring. Finally we took pictures of the two types of beds and they said upgrades will cost us. We get nervous bc they fought us so hard on changing but it was only $14 usd for 2 nights!!!! Ugh. Why fight with us and not offer the upgrade first? The pools are not included and each pool is a separate charge per person/ per day ($22 moreโ€ฆ way more expensive than a room upgrade). There is no onsite laundry. They did hook us up with one free day at the pool after we bought a one use pass for our trouble but the pool was full of slimy algae. So frustrating!
