"There is maybe a change in owner or management because things are very uneven. High-end bedding and robes, nice entrance and gardeners hard at work, but: they had no portable water, but didn’t tell us that until AFTER we booked and paid; our room reeked (musty? mould?), two chairs were visibly very dirty and looked like from a construction zone, and the exterior pane of a double glazed window was broken. Not sure if the mould smell was from the walls or the obvious mould growing in the window....

"We booked this stay on the Expedia website (non refundable). Expedia’s site listed this property with a swimming pool. The front desk clerk said there hasn’t been a pool there for years. The room is now used to store furniture. Overall the accommodation is outdated. We requested a room back away from the hiway and were accommodated. There is a lot of traffic noise. There were some work crews staying there, which could be a good fit; cheap basic accommodation. But as a vacation destination, this...

"Rooms need updating, Fire Alarm was six years expired in my room, bedding was all stained and I could barely open and close the door into my room - needs work. Lots of garbage outback by my room."

"Disappointing breakfast. We were looking forward to making waffles but the waffle makers had been turned off. We didn't realize it until we had a horrible mess and no attendant to help. 😭"

"The staff were very nice, and kind. The motel wasnt fancy but looked ok on the outside. But the TV didnt work. The bathroom didn't smell very clean; smelled somewhere between mildew and urine. It was only slight odors, but not freshly cleaned smelling. And one of the face clothes was really really dirty. It was a chocolate brown cloth, not new at all, for sure, but it ran kinda black-brown for a long time and smelled really gross. Might have been why the bathroom had such a weird odor???"

"The front desk clerk was very kind and friendly. We had two double beds and two couches. The couches were very dirty and need to be cleaned. The beds were quite comfortable. We kept our shoes on as the floor has seen better days. Very limited parking. "

"I will enjoyed the peaceful scerenity of the hotel ,I will be coming back soonest and I will like the staffs at the concierge to be security conscious, when you have a guest ,first protocol is to inform the guest lodged that there is a visitor looking for them not handing them a key to my room which was scary .please let staffs be properly trained about the safety of guests.thank you"

"The staff at check in were incredibly rude and we had a flat tire the next morning. So upsetting"

"The room was mostly clean. The walls are a little worn. The towels were washed but smelt stale. The laundry room area was down stairs that were covered in debris and garbage. The front desk staff were very helpful and professional. "

"Breathed pepper spray, saw dead body back of hotel, shower hot water broken, AC broken, table leg broken, tried charging $130 for the already broken shower. Hotel kept half the safety deposit on stuff that was broken and didn’t change our room. No drain plug for bath. Staff was super kind and helpful, but the owner/manager kept half the safety deposit of 100. Yet also tried to charge us 130 for a shower handle. "
