"I was staying for one night. I drove 8 hours from Ohio so I would be there to pick up my kid from camp the next day. When I arrived, they could not check me in because the system was down. After waiting in the lobby for an hour, Jeff manually checked me in. Jeff was great. However the experience was still frustrating. At check-out, they couldn't check me out so now I have no idea how much they are going to charge me. I am going to be incredibly disappointed if I get charged full price."

"Air conditioner made such horrible noises was unable to get a good nights sleep. Tried adjusting it several times, but it still was very noisy. Floors in room were very slippery but navigable. Staff was outstanding and very friendly. Outside pool was clean and comfortable. Especially liked walk in feature. Did not utilize any other accommodations. If it wasn’t for the air conditioners constant noise, would have been comfortable stay."

"Stayed 8-1-2026. The location is great with an awesome view of Lake Geneva. The outside of the property looks very nice and well maintained however don’t be deceived by the pictures you may find on these sites. This property needs a full overhaul of all its rooms. We checked in and the AC was shut off so the room was 85 when we walked in. They only have an ac wall unit on one side of the unit so it’s only cold on that side of it if it stays running for the day. The opposite end of the unit where...

I left a tee shirt in the top drawer of a dresser and when I called back 5 hours after checking out they said they would look but they stated no one found a tee shirt.
