"Wonderful to be right on the water, 2 blocks from downtown so very walkable to restaurants and shopping, and the room was clean and well laid out. There was a bit of chaos with road construction out front which was finished up while we were there! And they have the restaurant closed right now due to remodeling which should be finished fairly soon so that will be nice. Also, they could train some of the front desk staff to be a little friendlier but most of them were very good. But overall our experience was very positive and good! I would definitely stay again."

"Clean rooms , walking distance to the beach , stores and restaurants. The staff communicates from the front desk since you arrive to the house keeping that makes sure you’re room is clean . It’s a big place the only issue is having a hotel that can hold so many people and only have room for 11 people in the hot tub . Other than that we like the Cove and recommend it ."

"I had a wonderful time in Lake Geneva, facilitated by my stay at the Comfort Suites. The room was clean, quiet, and spacious. I made good use of the pool and free breakfast. I especially appreciated the short walk to downtown while paying a fraction of the rates charged by other hotels in the area. I would definitely stay here again!"

"The room was filthy. The floors were sticky. The mirror was foggy and clearly had not been wiped down. We had a large spider in our room. There were hair balls in the corner of the room. The hot tub had been concreted in, which was not disclosed upon checking in that they no longer had a hot tub. The entire building was very rundown in major need of renovation and updates the hotel staff kept asking unusual and strange questions and making a point to intercept us wherever we were walking in the hotel, which was very strange and made us feel extremely uncomfortable. We also witnessed the hotel staff outside smoking pot. "
