"We arrived at Verona airport late at night with our 4 month old baby to be told by the property that they had no record of our booking, despite the fact I had been emailing with them in the weeks prior about parking and messaging them on the Expedia messaging service and on both platforms they confirmed they would be sending me check in info so I have no idea how they can claim they didn't have a record of it. I tried calling multiple times as we sat in the airport car park with our young baby...

Besonders die zentrale Lage in Bardolino hat uns gefallen – Restaurants, Geschäfte und der See sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Ein ganz besonderes Dankeschön geht an Marta, die Managerin. "First off, the location is EXCELLENT. The building is well maintained, very clean, and nice. I think if you were staying several days (or longer), in Verona, you’d be very happy here. The bathroom was very stylish and modern. I wished it had a tiny bit more amenities, like a shower cap. Because the staff is only available in certain hours, i didn’t bother asking for one for my short stay. The toiletry products are good quality. The bedroom was very cute, clean, and spacious. The bed was quite...
