"The staff was very helpful and reached out prior to our arrival through text message, asking if shuttle would be needed. Shuttle service showed up on time at the airport. If you need a shuttle back to the airport, make sure you book it early as it dies fill up and , like us, we had to take the shuttle earlier than desired. Rooms are small. "I was pleasantly surprised as I didn't expect this from a Holiday Inn to be honest. The hotel was descent, excellent and very friendly/ helpfull staff. Ate dinner and free breakfast, our American counterparts have a lot to learn from this branch in my opinion!!! "Good comfortable hotel and very convenient for an overnight before or after a flight. Five minutes drive to the Malpensa airport. Breakfast was excellent with a wide choice. We had dinner as well which also was excellent. Both, the food and the service were excellent. The hotel has a bar too. Rooms were clean. Plenty of parking on site and free which eas a bonus for us considering having to pay between 15 and 25 Euros per day for overnight parking almost everywhere we went Suited us perfectly...

"Great 70s style hotel, but with the choice of a modern or more classic hotel room. 5 mins walk from milan's green subway line, but it is near the end of the line. About 45 minutes to get to city centre, even by taxi. Room is very modern and well equipped, even the mini bar. Shower is spacious and AC worked well even in the heat wave"
