"hotel excelente, el staff muy amable y servicial, todo muy limpio, el aroma de los cuartos increíble y cada día te llevan una sorpresa a tu cuarto... 100% recomendable"

"First off , the staff.. so so amazing. I had gotten food poisoning from a tour I did, and they were so helpful keeping me hydrated and had tablets to let me enjoy my vacation. The food options were great, many options. This can just be your stay without ever visiting town. The view was jaw dropping everyday. Aircon was strong , even had to turn it off it got so cold. Room was well kept , and no issues with mosquitos unless you kept door open. Cons might be the cost of getting into town, cost...

"We travelled as a group of four and stayed for one night. The room itself was fine, but unfortunately, the bathroom in Room 211 had a very unpleasant smell, almost like urine, that wouldn't go away. "The whole place is beautiful. The sunset at the serena pier was outstanding. Had a few drinks with our friends and laid on the bean bags for a few hours til the sun set. We did try all 3 restaurants and the food is amazing. The staff of the hotel and restaurant are very friendly and accommodating as always. "Staff was great"

"The property has it all & is nicely designed but the rooms are very small. Our pillows were moldy, so much so I had to get a prescription on the island for my eye that was swollen shut. Shower water is off/on hot /cold but it’s fine. The pool was not well maintained, permanently cloudy. Good location, not a far walk from everything. Breakfast was about the same as everywhere else in the Philippines, basic."

"Needs repair and no amenities"
