"The room was big, good shower with hot water, mini fridge in room and bottled water, our room view was amazing. A short tuk tuk ride to food places, close to the boat tours. Breakfast was just ok. The front desk tried quoting me triple the price I was told to get to the airport. I would stay here again. "

JC on the front desk was always funny and very welcoming and helpful. To the maintenance guy that sorted our air-conditioning for 2 nights, bless him, he was very patient and very professional. To the girls in the restaurant, lovely smile in the morning to greet us for breakfast is a very nice experience. The guards by the main entrance are very polite and well mannered. We truly enjoyed our short stay 4D/3N. The staff running the place are exceptional, truly the face of Filipino world class hospitality. The location was amazing. So many good places to eat, our favourite being the Ka Lui Restaurant, it is similar to Subo of Boracay. We love Puerto Princesa and Best Western Plus-The Ivy Wall made it extra special. "Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here at Lagun, the staff were so polite and helpful and always on hand if we had a request. In my opinion the level of service goes above and beyond what you might expect and it made our stay extra special. The room was clean the restaurant was likewise very clean and the food was delicious.Thank you so much for having us and making our engagement week extra special! As a minor foot note I think the water they serve in the restaurant is tap water which they tell you not to drink, they informed us that it was filtered and safe to drink but it gave me stomach aches and diarrhoea so just stick to bottled water to be safe."
