"The facility definitely shows its age in spite of what appears to be recent renovations. The free breakfast was probably typical for a lower priced hotel but the dining space was cramped."

"The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Rooms seemed to be well soundproofed. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The Ark is right across the street so it was convenient. The breakfast was limited with no protein options, but otherwise everything was as listed on the website."

"Great hotel, decent rate, everything is clean and new, very well maintained. The kids enjoyed the pool (lots of chlorine), the parking lot has EV charging stations, breakfast was good, just juice machine out of order. It was relatively close to the Ark Encounter, which was our main reason for being there (roughly 20 minutes drive or less). If I come back to the area will definitely want to stay there again."

"No coffee pot ,only a toaster,fridge was frozzen up ,tub was dirty, not enough hot water to fill the jet tub. Bad smell when we open the door ,had to air it out ,no extra blanket ,no hangers , no restrant on site. Was told to go to truck stop , we check it out ,it did not like a good place to eat . it all need to be updated all over in side and out . will not be back there again . "

"Located a few miles from The Ark Experience. Convenient to I75 exit, many restaurants nearby, ample parking. Room was immaculate, has nice fridge and microwave. Comfy bed. Nice breakfast buffet with hot and cold options. Lobby provides TV, ice, vending machines and plenty of tables. Staff very helpful. Definitely would stay here again."

"The room had an odor and we bought air freshener spray. That took care of the odor. It could have been cleaner. The upholstery on the two chairs needed to steam cleaned. The beds and bathroom were clean."

"Room was clean but since there was a floor by floor remodel going on things were out of sorts. Breakfast was lacking and seemed to be cooked in a maintenance room connected to the dining room. Staff was more than friendly and helpful. My room had many small things that still had to be accomplished in order to be considered remodeled, a little unprofessional. Please check the bathroom fans to make sure they are working, mine wasn't so it steamed up the entire room."
