"I have stayed at this property consistently for the past 6 +years or so. The staff has always been nothing but excellent. Parking is ample the rooms have always been clean and breakfast that is provided. Complementary has always been quite good. I will be going back there again for my next stay in six weeks."

"The room was excellent. I really liked the fridge and freezer, the elements to be able to cook food and being so close to Costco was definitely a highlight. The only thing was that the bed was quite hard and too firm which hurt mine and my husband’s backs. The spa is excellent! One of the best that I’ve been to at a hotel. The breakfast was okay, I have seen and had better options before. All and all a very clean tidy property."

"I was extremely disappointed with this stay, especially for a Hyatt property and the price paid. I arrived at 5 PM, even though check-in was at 3 PM, and my room was still not ready. Once I got into the room, there was a terrible odor throughout the unit. I contacted the front desk and was told I could move rooms.
