"Dirty sitting area, the sofa and carpet very stained. No facial tissue and toilet paper!! Parking is 49 dollar a day valet, with the only option being public parking a 5 minute walk away. Wish I would’ve known that before booking. Especially when it takes over 20 minutes for them to get your vehicle to you The pool is nice but not heated and the towels are inside so if you didn’t get one on your way out you need to drip dry until you get inside Overall a very poor experience. Not what you expect of Hilton Curio Colection "

"The room was run down and the $75 nightly deposit was shocking. The place looks nice on the outside and have a nice outside bar but the room was dusty and had hair everywhere . I requested the room to be cleaned after two days and they never came. Bathroom is extremely small. They need to renovate everything."

"The check in was awesome. We got there a little early and were able to find the front easily due to the addition info provided. It made finding everything super simple. We were greeted by David and Tiffany. They were so sweet and helpful. Tiffany definitely went above and beyond helping us and showing us around and how everything worked. She definitely loves what she does and that was our first impression of the whole place. We got up to the room and it was clean and had everything we’d need for our stay. The view was amazing. The pool was clean and quiet. We will definitely be back and booked again for our next staycation. Highly recommend."

"The room was fine, the bathroom floor and walls were a little dirty. The main problem is that there is significant construction happening in every section of the hotel, rooms, lobby, even the floors where rooms are. Loud construction (that could be heard from the room) was happening from 8AM-5PM. The lobby is completely uninhabitable, and construction is blocking the door from the parking garage, so you must walk all the way from the parking garage around to the front of the building. I understand that construction happens, but it would’ve been nice to be made aware of it at the time of booking, and a discounted rate seems applicable. At the very least include free parking ($30 a night), or free breakfast ($11 per person) for the inconvenience and noise. Staff was all helpful and friendly. "

"I was greeted before I even got out of my car! A quick tour of available amenities and location of my room were perfect. Room was very clean and neat. Note...these are rooms in townhomes so be prepared to hear other guests if they are staying in the same building as you. All bedroom doors have locks. Perfect for families wanting to share space. The kitchen (fully stocked for cooking) and family area are perfect area to relax in if you are in the area for a few days. As for the local area...I used to live within blocks of here and loved being back in the "hood". Excellent shopping and dining nearby. The free breakfast was everything I could have asked for! A to order omelet, fruit, cereal, granola and yogurt, etc. You won't go away hungry! Great value for the price!"

"Stay here was great, right off the highway and close to downtown for what we needed to do. Only bad thing I can say is the water didn’t stay hot for more than 5 minutes and the water pressure in the shower was horrible. But everything else here was fabulous"

"Good stay for price and location. The room was fairly clean except shower, which was an easy fix. AC worked well and was turned on for check in. The staff were excellent."
