Hotel dekat C and L Stables

"Hello… another stay at BW… it was a pleasant stay. Friendly checkin staff. Breakfast staff was not so pleasant she was not helpful and for starting the day the supplies weren’t fully stocked and when I asked her for a hard boiled egg she said they are full I took the empty container and she was well… Everyone else is kind and caring, guess if you work the morning you need to be awake and pleasant.. where was get customer service? "It was so clean and the staff are very friendly"

"Great location and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Food was great and they actually had room service. Can't recommend enough."

"Great and convenient hotel"

"This is a good option at a good price. The hotel in general is a little dated, but I'm not sure I am willing to pay double the price for a newer/remodeled facility. In general, a really good value for what you get."

"There are some maintenance issues that need to be addressed...our tv kept acting up, our toilet nearly overflowed, two drawers would not stay closed, and the ice machine on our floor was out of order all three days. Friendly staff, good breakfast, but a little disappointed since I had stayed here before and chose it because of my good experience back in June."

"The HVAC unit was really noisy."

"We stay there often and love the atmosphere. We drive an hour and a half just to stay there. The staff is friendly and attentive. The room are very clean. Breakfast is free and has a variety of food choices. Great hours for the pool and hot tub. The price is good. Our favorite place to stay."

"We booked our Hotel through Expedia 2 months in advance and yet when we got there to check in, and it was very late, our room was not available. They put us in a room with 2 single beds rather than the King size that we booked. The only room that they had left was the handicapped room which was an inconvenience for us. We asked for a manager and of course no one was available and they said they would have someone talk to us before checkout but they did not. The next day while we were traveling...

"Everything was just right."

"After checking in and going to the room we noticed the TV was not in working order. When we called the desk we were told “oh yea.. so… there is an issue with the TV service in almost all rooms and nothing I can do to help you” we were told to speak to the manager in the morning to get what we were promised a $25 credit to be told they could not. Buyer beware !! We should have been told this prior to even giving my card to complete the process"

"breakfast was delicious, nice hot variety of food and also large variety of cold food. My favorite was the best I made a waffle and put syrup on it then cherries and whipped cream it was delicious! we stayed in the room the first day, so we didn't need it cleaned but we left room the 2nd day to return hours later walked into an unmade bed and the room was not cleaned. so, we had to empty the 2 bags of garbage and tidy up ourselves, go to the desk and get towels, plastic bags for the garbage...

"Friendly, fast check-in. Nice, spacious room. Very clean and relatively new."
