"I stayed at the Monument Mountain Motel twice in the past month...this is a cute little Ma-Pa motel that has everything you need for a nice stay. The check-in was easy and the host was very accommodating, in one case I had to arrive very late and we worked out an arrangement. The exterior and the rooms were very clean, well-kept and updated, with awesome water pressure in the shower. The location is great, the price was great, only $70 off season and the motel is right on Rt. 7 in Great Barrington, with easy access to gas, food and all things Berkshires...I would highly recommend this motel if you're planning to stay in the area."

"Ok for a work overnight. Not any place I'd take my wife on a vacation stop. The room is sparsely furnished with a tiny tv that's about 15 or more feet away from the bed. The heater/AC unit has a fan problem and rattled whenever it was on. The bathroom is huge but has no counter top. Very inconvenient. There's a stand alone sink then about 6 feet to the toilet. The sliding glass door for the shower was missing one of the panels that was replaced with a expansion rod and a curtain inside of the remaining glass door. Contactless check in and check out."

"Heating/cooling system in our room was not very good. There was no thermostat to regulate room temperature. The room was small but quite nice and very clean. Breakfast was very good."

"The villa - one bedroom- is very comfortable and has a fully equipped kitchen- all you do is bring your own food- everything is fully functional and very clean- lovely little patio to sit on and watch the sun rise and set- perfect for a family get away!"

"We were attending an event at Hotchkiss School in nearby Lakeville Connecticut. It was very conveniently located. It is an older property but nicely maintained. The self-serve breakfast was quite adequate. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was was well furnished with products. Overall a pleasant place for a short stay."
