Hotel dekat CACTI Park of the Palm Beaches

"When I arrived to check in on October 15, the gentleman at the front desk told me he was sorry, but there were no rooms available with two beds. I explained that my reservation was for two beds and showed him my confirmation online, which clearly stated that. He told me the only option available was a king bed and a sofa bed. I declined because that was not what I had reserved or paid for. He then called the assistant manager on duty. She was extremely rude and disrespectful, did not answer my...

"I would definitely recommend this place to anyone! It’s very family-friendly, and I really appreciated that it’s a smoke-free environment. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was pretty good. I had a little issue during my stay, but Ms. Ethel was able to accommodate me at the last minute, and I really appreciated his help. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely stay here again. Five out of five stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"

"Was a great place to stay at. I would make a couple upgrades to the place, but overall, we were comfortable. I would definitely stay there again. The pool was awesome, and doesn't leave any smell of chlorine on after, so I think it was salt water. It was nice having a fridge, stovetop etc."

"Love the property."

"Nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel pour une nuit. Très bel hôtel avec la végétation, sa décoration et sa piscine. La chambre était spacieuse et la literie très bonne. Maddie, qui nous a accueillis, a été super. Il n’y a pas de petit-déjeuner mais dans la cuisine, tout est à disposition, et ce toute la journée."

"Truly a great stay"

"Great stay at the palm rose. Property was just renovated so rooms were very nice and clean. Would definitely recommend."

"The staff knew us all by name. We stayed in the 3-bedroom park suite, which is probably the nicest suite I’ve ever stayed in. We’ve been guests at the other high-end hotels on Palm Beach, and I must say that White Elephant is my favorite due to the incredible, friendly service, cleanliness, and overall experience of a smaller hotel."

"Loved the vibe of the place- very French/New Orleans feel. Host was lovely, rooms and property were clean, and the foliage was amazing. There was parking out front for free, but there was a lot of rain so I had to walk through the mid a few times (but what can you do- it’s the tropics). I will definitely be returning! I did not have the breakfast but it looked and smelled great!"

"Here's the GOOD & the BAD from someone who's stayed here over 10 times... THE GOOD: This hotel is gorgeous, and it's a must-see if you're going to be on Palm Beach Island, which is totally different from West Palm Beach. You're right on the beach, which is great if that's what you're looking for. The staff is very helpful, there are 4 pools (2 of which are adults-only), lots of restaurants, stores, and stunning gardens! It's worth staying here at least once in your life. THE BAD: This hotel is...
