"Very well located 5min walk from Rosebank Gautrain station. It was easy and convenient to make the return journey to the airport. The staff were all very polite and attentive, I interacted with security, reception, restaurant and cleaning staff and all were exceptionally helpful. I appreciated the hotel preparing a packed breakfast for a safari trip starting early before the breakfast buffet was opened. "Bring your own wash cloths. There are mice outside running on the property so get used to that. Staff was friendly. The cleaning crew will open the door after a soft knock so be prepared. They change sheets mon, wed, friday. I would not stay here again but it may be a place for others to stay. The mall is within walking distance. That's a plus. Decent neighborhood. "

"Although on Expedia it was indicated that there is an airport shuttle 24/7, it has to be booked in advance. There is a shuttle to Rosebank Mall and the Zone every 30 minutes which brings convinience. "

"Staff was very nice and helpful. Hotel is in a great location. The shuttle brings you to Rosebank mall and Mandela Square which are two shopping malls nearby. The rooftop bar is great and serves good food and drinks there is also a nice view. "
