"From start to finish our short 3 day stay here was fantastic, I brought my 3 children with me aged 8 10 and 14 they absolutely loved the football arena in the hotel grounds, also very good was the pool table aswell along with the drinks and snacks that they really enjoyed were you paid for but not expensive at all. "Totally disappointing stay. For a 5-star resort, it was awful. The outside pool was not in use, so only indoor pool. The lift had broken so you had to walk up and down 3 flights of stairs to get there. The lake view requested was disgusting. It was full of green algae and half empty. Loads of noisy kids running around for hours too. The lobby areas were really tatty as well. The room had no storage, no biscuits for the tea and coffee and the TV didn't have any streaming options. I expect this from a 1 star but this was not adequate for 5 star."
