"The hotel was stunning. We unfortunately came in foggy weather so did not get to enjoy the views but the bungalow was so cosy and comfortable. It has good working air con/heating and an electric blanket in the bed as it was cold when we were there. It's so clean and the bed was very comfortable. "Kieu Anh was the nicest person we met in Vietnam. She helped us book activities and made sure we felt very welcome and at home. She took great care of us. Upon arrival she even upgraded our room! When checking out, she booked us a car and sent us away with a big smile and hug. Best hotel ever! We miss it already"

"Lots of good things to say here! Let’s start with the amazing staff! They answered all our questions and even helped us booked tickets for Fansipan plus the shuttle back to Hanoi! Secondly, the views were spectacular! We were lucky to catch a few sunrises and sunsets and they were breathtaking! Lastly, our room was clean and we used the pool and gym every morning! Would stay again if we find our way back to Sapa! Extra shout out to Mun and Anna! "

"We had a great time at this hotel! Location is super central, right across SunPlaza station, the starting point to Mt Fanzipan and across Sap Square and Stone Church. Rooms were excellent - our rooms had a nice view of the square. Note at wintertime, they only have heating so if you feel warm, just open the window. Family room is very spacious. Staff were courteous. Breakfast had lots of options for international guests. "

"The location is great, very quiet within walking distance to everything, Sapa has ski village vibes. The owner is often working at the front desk and is genuinely an incredible human. We arrived 630 AM on the train and he permitted us to check-in to our rooms early, as well as check out at 5 PM with no extra costs! He even upgraded us to a superior room because it was available! He helped us book a one-day trek with a local and it was so fun and informative! We are active 50 year olds and found...
