"Everything was immaculate!! My family and I decided that Cabo is now a once a year trip and we would not change anything about it. This hotel was wonderful!!! All of the restaurants were very nice and had delicious food. Although I am sad I didn’t get to try the Italian restaurant but I will be back to try it. Every staff we encountered from check in, in the restaurants, at the pool, room service were very very friendly we didn’t have to lift a finger. They made my niece feel very special for her birthday, singing to her, bringing her desserts the whole nine. All the pools were clean and nice temperatures. I highly highly recommend this place to families or if you’re traveling solo you would not be disappointed at all! Also shoutout to chef landa and our server rodolfo at the seafood restaurant. She came out and took a picture with us as well. Her food was incredible the salmon & steak was very delicious! & rodolfo was very friendly, took very good care of us, constantly seeing if we need anything very attentive we appreciated them both so much."

"The hotel is very good overall, super clean, and the staff is super friendly. Great for families with children, very family-friendly. The all-inclusive system was the best I've ever experienced. The only downside was that I forgot to leave my wallet in the safe and $40 disappeared from it, but it was my fault for not putting it in the safe anyway."

"Nice pool area. Some people put down towels early to reserve. Staff will move if they don’t come back within an hour. Staff we friendly and helpful. Food was great. Service was great. They try to get you to join the club, but are not too pushy if you tell them up front you don’t want to join. Non-smoking resort. Only place to smoke was a smoking area near the front gate. "

"This hotel was 10/10 for us! It's so calm and peaceful. The staff goes above and beyond, and they are so kind. The pools are amazing. You're right next to the beach as well. I went with my young adult kids and they loved it as well. It's a beautiful hotel. It's immaculately clean and right across the street there are several places to eat and shop as well as the restaurants on site. Would definitely go back highly recommend it!! "

"Loved our stay here. Such a beautiful property. 2 things about it make us unsure if we’ll come back…the beds and pillows were not comfortable in our room (rock hard) and we thought this was an adults only resort however there were children at the pool and beach club each day (it was fine but unexpected as we picked adults only since we knew we were traveling during spring break). "
