We recently stayed here and overall I’d describe the experience as very mid and basic.
Check-in was rocky from the start: our room wasn’t ready at 4 PM, and we had to wait about an hour. Once in the room, we found no alcoholic beverages in the fridge, no welcome kit, and some minor maintenance issues like a non-working bidet and hair dryer.
The staff themselves are a clear highlight—very welcoming and attentive throughout our stay. Room service was also impressively fast, though the menu was pretty limited.
Food was generally good, with nice options for lunch and dinner, but breakfast was underwhelming.
Facilities are hit or miss. The gym is extremely basic, really only suited for a quick workout. The hotel technically has several pools, but only one is truly comfortable for spending the day. Worse yet, if you want a good chair there, you need to be up at 5:00 AM to claim it—despite seeing “reserved” seats sitting empty until midday.
Overall, this is not a premium or luxurious experience. It’s fine if your expectations are modest, but I wouldn’t choose it if you’re looking for anything beyond the basics.
