Staff was great, everything else wasn’t. We did not get the room we booked, gym was crowded, pool situation sucked. People go down and put towels on chairs at 7am and then show up around 12-1pm. There are signs that say you can’t leave your stuff unattended for more than 30 min but that’s not enforced. ...

Incredibly kind staff, very clean, good food, very family friendly, and overall in a really great location. We left the resort a few times to test out some other local restaurants and they were delicious!! We’re already trying to decide when to return.
