The amenities were amazing with the 3 hot spring pools ranging 80-130° that were open 24/7 My partner and I stayed for the weekend and used everything we had access too. The serenity is enhanced by the foliage and flowers surrounding the outdoor pools. Will definitely comeback for a refresh soon."

"Usually stay at the offsite properties due to the onsite rooms being complete trash and smelly. Booked Pickford A-1, but was told at check in it wasn't available since it hasn't been cleaned (so why was it available to book? Bait and switch, false advertising). Was given villa #4 across the street. It was a large property, but had 2 central AC systems. Only 1 system was functional, so only the large master bedroom was cool. Rest of house (2 bdrms, kitchen, living room, bathroom) unbearably hot....
