The owner of the hotel personally took me on an excursion which was so exciting and so thoughtful. All the team knew my name and tretaed me like a member of rheir famiy. "Beautiful resort, HOWEVER, if you aren't an entomologist you might not like your stay here. The doors don't seal, the windows don't seal, the outdoor shower doesn't seal, and that results in every bug and small animal in your villa. That is unacceptable for a "4 star" resort. Conveniently located just outside central Montezuma. The only reason for the one star reduction was the extreme heat and bugs inside Villa #2. "I traveled with my wife and two kids. The property is just in front of the beach and you are surrounded by jungle. The rooms are excellent, the staff is amazing and the food was delicious. It is very private and you can walk through amazing trails to nearby beaches. There is parking on site. Do consider driving a 4x4 so you can get all the way to the hotel as there is a short drive on sand before reaching the property. "Stayed in Santa Teresa by the beach for 4 days for a vacation. I am very picky when it comes to cleanliness, I enjoyed being in this hotel. Directly next to the best surfing beach, clean, new, I reserved the suite with ocean view, every thing was just perfect. Breakfast every day included. The staff and the manager were so professional and accommodating. I requested extra bed and it was delivered immoderately. I recommend this hotel 100% and would stay in it again if I had the chance. "Beautiful rooms and area. Lovely and quiet. One note to mention, the beach across the road is not the crystal blue waters as the sand is dark. It’s also a busy area for fishing so we didn’t swim. There’s some nice restaurants within walking distance and a great grocery store. "
